Rates:      

 

Rental:  $170 to $180 per room per week. The weekly rental is made up of a $145 to $155 basic
                rental fee plus $25 for 'Services'  (includes electricity, gas, water, unlimited wireless
                Internet and telephone access)

Bond:     4 weeks basic rental i.e. $580 to $620
