Rates:
Rental: $210 to $220 per room per week, inclusive of bills. The weekly rental is made up of a $180 to $190 basic rental fee plus $30 for 'Services' (includes electricity, gas, water, unlimited wireless Internet and local telephone access).
Bond: 4 weeks basic rental i.e. $720 to $760
