Rates:
Rental: $200 to $210 per room per week, inclusive of bills. The weekly rental is made up of a $170 to $180 basic rental fee plus $30 for 'Services' (includes electricity, gas, water, unlimited wireless Internet and local telephone access).
Bond: 4 weeks basic rental i.e. $680 to $720
